Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026.

These terms cover use of Torah Animations, a subscription video app for personal Torah learning. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them.

Subscription and trial

Playback requires a subscription. The price is $1.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. The trial starts when you subscribe through Stripe Checkout. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged for the following month.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal, opened from the Account page as Manage billing. Cancellation stops renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, or until the trial ends if you are still in the trial.

The films

The films are for your personal Torah learning. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell them, and you may not share your account so others can watch.

Disclaimer

The app and the films are provided as available. They are a study aid, not a substitute for a rabbi, a printed text, or your own judgment. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Torah Animations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
